I understand that CASC will do the following:

 1)Arrange and pay for my flight reservations with in the guidelines and
time frame that work best for Cascade as well as myself.

2)CASC will make all hotel reservations and payments for the room
in advance. CASC will also provide transportation to and from the
airport as well as to and from the show grounds.

 3) Provide my meals up to $30.00 a day ($10.00 per meal).

4)No expenses will be reimbursed without the original receipt.
Cascade ASC will not pay for any long distance calls,
room service, bar tabs or in room movies.
We will not pay for  boarding and/or kennel help or any
other fee or service not included on this contract unless
approved in advance by our board of directors.

Please sign two (2) copies as soon as possible, return one to
the show chairman and keep one for your records.  The show
chairman  will accept no changes or alterations to the contract
without prior approval.
